Geoff Eigenmann has been chosen to play the role of Fernando Jose in GMA-7's adaptation of the Mexican telenovela, Rosalinda. He is slated to star beside Carla Abellana.
Rosalinda, which was aired in 2000, is one of the highest-rating telenovelas in the Philippines. It stars Thalia and Fernando Carrillo.
Rosalinda, which has started to shooting some scenes, is rumored to have its pilot in July.
